HelloWin Community uses Flarum - a free delightfully simple discussion platform. It uses "tags" as the main factor to organize everything.
There are a lot of tags in this community to serve many purposes, including parent-child tags. You may feel a little bit overwhelmed the first time knowing them. However, please don't worry. This instruction post is here to make sure you understand them all.
Note: You can post anything related to a parent tag. Just because a tag consists of multiple child tags doesn't mean topics need to be strictly limited to those child tags.

General is a tag for general purpose as its name implies.
