ATR-Shield Not Working

Hi, Win family, my name is Cynthia, I purchased the ATR-Shield this morning and I'm still trying to figure how to get it started. I did enable it but it won't hit my take profit or stop loss limits.

I'm having the same problem with ATR-TradeShield. It seems to be a bit buggy at launch. Interestingly, it works well when running an historical playback. Targets and SLs are set and respond appropriately. However, in a Live account, rather it be demo or active and using the exact same settings, it just doesn't work. ATR targets are set appropriately and respond to the 1,2,3 buttons on the control panel, but trades are not executed when target is met. However, SL does not adjust to the ATR levels, it just gets placed per the original ATM strategy. The on-screen ATR SL levels auto-trail appropriately, but my actual SL order just sits in the same place. Lastly, after none of the trade working appropriately and I have to close the trade manually, the ATR on-screen levels remain and will not clear. So, after a few trades, the screen is so cluttered it is no longer readable. I have been very happy with my other ninZa.co products, but this one does not seem like it was ready for release. Please assist.

Got an update from Little Hannah today from a prior support request. Really appreciate the prompt response! She provided me with an updated NinjaScript file for ATR-TradeShield. I can confirm that the issues with correctly setting the SLs has been resolved. However, although the Targets and SLs are now setting/responding appropriately to the ATR-TradeShield control panel, the program fails to actually execute the Target or SL. Here is a screen shot where price blew through my SL and ATR-Shield did not execute the Stop.

After importing it into NinjaTrader 8, please make sure to restart your NT8 so the updates take effect properly.

Thanks again for the prompt response. Really appreciate your efforts. I'm continuing to test/troubleshoot. Live Sim account this morning. Everything seemed to be working at first. Targets and SLs were being set appropriately, and trades were being executed at those levels. However, when attempting to move my SL from 1 to 2, or 2 to 3, or 2 to 1 using the ATR-TradeShield control panel, my chart would freeze requiring a full computer reboot. Also, when attempting to change my SL, it looks like it attempted to change the Stop from a Market to a Limit just before the freeze. This happened on more than one occasion. Example screen shot below:

Further update. Tried again after a clean install of NinjaTrader. When using multiple targets/stops using ATR-TradeShield, trades are now executing. However, after execution, I'm often left with the highest/lowest target/SL indicator on the Chart (see below in orange) that will not go away despite trying to click the "x" to cancel, Close, or anything else. Thankfully it is not a real order, as there are no pending orders in my Positions Table. However, the only way to get rid of this on the screen is to completely close NinjaTrader and re-open it. Hope this information helps.

Any updates on ATR TradeShield? I'm still routinely running into freezes/crashes described previously in Live account. Too unstable to use reliably.
